The Company Crisis course offers a comprehensive exploration of business crises, from identification and evaluation to solution implementation and outcome assessment. Course is part of the Blended Intensive Programmes (combination of one-week on-site course and additional hours of online program) under Erasmus+.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of Financial Management, Accounting, Microeconomics, and Macroeconomics is preffered.

Course Structure

The course consists of a one-week on-site program in Prague, followed by five online sessions.

Schedule

The course is divided into two parts. In the first part of the course students participate onsite in Prague during the "Athens Week".

Assessment

The course will be assessed through team case study (50%), participation in class activities (20%), and quiz results (30%).
