About Course

The objective of this course is to acquaint students with intermediate level of Lean Six Sigma Management from its beginning till todays use. Besides theory, course will focus on different Lean Six Sigma perspectives and examples.

Course also includes basic aspects of business management with different perceptions such as Project Management, Risk Management or Decision Making.

Learning Objectives

This course aims to provide students with an intermediate understanding of Lean Six Sigma Management, exploring its historical development and contemporary applications. In addition to theoretical knowledge, the course emphasizes practical aspects by examining various perspectives of Lean Six Sigma through the DMAIC methodology. Students will engage with a fundamental set of tools and analyze real-world business examples, complemented by interactive workshops designed to instill a lean culture.

Additionally, the course covers essential elements of business management, with a particular focus on project management principles.
